ABN: 50152298247
Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy

  1. Terms & Conditions

1.1 Booking and Payment

  • A booking is confirmed, and a contract is formed, when you receive written confirmation from MONDO ENTERTAINMENT PTY LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”) which can only occur once clear funds (deposit) have been received by us.
  • A non-refundable deposit (the amount varies from event to event but is clearly disclosed at the time of your enquiry) is required at the time of booking, and a second deposit may be required if the original booking was made prior to airline tickets becoming available.
  • Final payment must be received on or before the specified deadline. If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain your deposit.
  • Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card (a surcharge of 2.9% applies for credit card payments).
  • It is your responsibility to check all booking details, including event dates, times, inclusions, and participant information, prior to confirming your booking. Any errors or omissions must be reported to us in writing within 24 hours of receiving your booking confirmation.

1.2 Event Types and Inclusions

  • We provide booking and agency services for (but not limited to) events/services such as concerts, tours, festivals, private functions, travel packages, etc.
  • The inclusions for each booking will be clearly outlined in your booking confirmation. It is your responsibility to review these inclusions and ensure they meet your requirements.

1.3 Agency Liability

  • MONDO ENTERTAINMENT PTY LTD acts as an agent for third-party providers (including but not limited to hotels, artists, venues, and transport operators).
  • We are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, delay, or inconvenience caused by third-party providers, including their acts, omissions, or negligence.
  • Any claims or complaints regarding the performance of third-party providers must be directed to your travel insurance provider, who will, at their discretion, take it up with the relevant provider.

1.4 Changes & Cancellations by Consumer

  • If you wish to change or cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible at leo@vpn.woomx.com.
  • Cancellation fees may apply and will be clearly communicated upon request. These fees reflect reasonable costs incurred by us and our suppliers.
  • Non-refundable deposits will not be returned in the event of cancellation by you.
  • If you request a change to your booking (e.g., change of date, name, or inclusions), additional fees may apply and changes are subject to availability and supplier approval.
  • It is your responsibility to check the cancellation and change terms before confirming your booking.

1.5 Changes & Cancellations by Supplier

  • If a third-party supplier cancels or significantly changes your booking (including event rescheduling, venue changes, or headline act changes), we will notify you as soon as possible using the contact details you have provided.
  • In the event of a cancellation or major change that constitutes a major failure under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or exchange as required by law.
  • Refunds will be processed within a reasonable time, typically in the same form as the original payment.
  • We are not responsible for any additional costs you may incur as a result of a supplier’s cancellation or change (e.g., travel or accommodation expenses).

1.6 Substitution of Services

  • From time to time, it may be necessary for MONDO ENTERTAINMENT PTY LTD or our suppliers to substitute hotels, vessels, airlines, artists, or other service providers due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will always endeavour to ensure that any substitution is of an equitable or higher value and quality to the original service booked. We will notify you of any significant changes as soon as reasonably possible.
  • Substitutions of this nature do not entitle you to a refund or compensation unless the alternative provided constitutes a major failure under Australian Consumer Law.

1.7 Force Majeure

  • We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, border closures, pandemics, strikes, or other force majeure events.
  • In such cases, we will use reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements or reschedule your booking, but refunds may not be available unless required by law or the supplier’s terms.

1.8 Travel Insurance

  • We strongly recommend that all customers obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, including cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, and loss of personal property.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure your insurance policy is adequate for your needs.

1.9 Communication and Notices

  • All communications regarding bookings, changes, or cancellations must be made in writing to leo@vpn.woomx.com.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure your contact details are accurate and up to date. We are not responsible for missed communications due to incorrect or outdated contact information.

1.10 Australian Consumer Law

  • Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
  • You may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or other remedy if your booking cannot be fulfilled due to a major failure, or as otherwise required by law.
  1. Refund Policy

2.2 Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within a reasonable time after confirmation of eligibility, and preferably in the same form as the original payment.
  • If a refund is due from a third-party supplier, we will process your refund once funds have been received from the supplier. We are not responsible for delays caused by suppliers.

2.3 Non-Refundable Deposits

  • Non-refundable deposits are required for certain bookings and will be clearly disclosed at the time of booking. These deposits will not be refunded if you cancel your booking.

2.4 Agent Fees

  • Service fees charged by MONDO ENTERTAINMENT PTY LTD are non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to our default.
